Derek knows how to get the most out of the kids he works with. He’s also one of the nicest guys around!!! Thankful my son works with him.

First time coming, both kids loved it. We will definitely be back to help the kids with conditioning and sport specific exercises. Derek is a great guy and Fudge Fitness is a great place to bring your kids young or old to help them.
