We sat and waited for our food for over 30 mins and they never called our name. Once I went to the counter they had made my order to go. So instead of making it right we have to eat soggy cold burgers because it has been sitting on the to go rack for 30 mins. The service here sucks

The food is amazing and their employees are always so kind! Especially the young lady named Courtney. She had the most friendliest smile and personality! We love fuddruckers!!
We went for dinner tonight at our Fuddruckers in Anderson. My burger was fresh, hot and cooked perfectly. But my favorite part is always the wedges and cheese sauce. All of the workers were friendly and attentive. I had some allergy concerns and one of the managers named Courtney was gracious and willing to accommodate my special requests. I will not hesitate to return.
Awesome party room! Love the choices of toppings for burgers. Great friendly service!
