Very prompt and professional
Billing is questionable. I have had them at my home 3 times started at $116, $131 then $241. I called for an explanation. 1 week later I called the company again. Person was rude and sarcastic. Also asked several times for a quote to update piping in basement. I was told they were too busy to provide a quote. Why provide a quote to fix the issue when you can come out and charge whatever they feel like!
Worker was rude
Had a Hot Water issue. Tracy went way over and above in getting us going again in spite of warranty issues from the manufacturer. I can't express my gratitude enough on how much they went out of their way to get my hot water up & running. Thank you so much.
Had an emergency water heater replaced and without n estimate the cost was outrageous. We paid 2300.00 for the replacement. No estimate or discussion of cost at all. Not everyone can afford their prices.
