Very knowledgeable doctors and technicians that love every animal that walks in their door as if they are their own. There is a looong wait but that's because people trust them with their animals. I waited 2.5 hours to have my dog seen but it was worth the wait. They have a system that they go by. Not 100% sure of how it works, but I do know they do not do first come first serve.
