My vehicle and my trailer were both hit by a Mr. Daniel Fuchs. He’s the son of the owner of the business, Frank Fuchs. He came left of center and smashed into me. He stated that his A/C wasn’t working and he was messing with it and not paying attention. Admitted to being at fault, offered to pay for the damages so it didn’t have to be claimed on insurance, and then told me just to claim it on his insurance because he was going to have to claim his.
