Place is closed yet allowed me to make a service appointment, sent me text confirming appointment and when called number busy signal. When called another number got thru service department but busy, so leave name and number. Never returned call. Website also still looks like active but no cars in lot, sign on doors saying closed. Ford dealership does it again. Drove 45 minutes to find closed😩😡
Just bought a Ford explorer from Wally’s ford of Nelliston. Tim, our salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. Everything went very smoothly and they even served pizza while we were waiting for paper work. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a vehicle.
