Chris who works there is fantastic. As well they all spent a while on my exhaust for a good price, and definitely fixed another shops mistake. The owner, the 2 or 3 times I said a sentence to him made me feel unwelcome and like a nuisance. I told him the panel which was removed, underneath the exhaust had plastic push rivets which needed to be pushed in fully and were difficult. He completely ignored me. Well I took my xj to them! I was charged like 410 bucks for a new muffler. 1 1/2 yrs ago! The Jeep was parked for 9 months. Now only drove it for 7 months and the muffler has a hole and it fell off the back hook! So now they telling me pay more money for stuff they already did. The want another 130 bucks out of me. I could see if it’s not a part that they didn’t fix. Then I would pay! The hole is the size of a freaking nickel for 130 bucks. That’s bad for business

We are sorry you feel that way, but you left out some information on this post. We told you to bring your receipt in and if it was done within the 2 year warranty window, we would fix it under warranty. You called yesterday and said you couldn't find your receipt, you were then told twice yesterday to bring your jeep in and we will fix it at no charge, and that offer still stands.

I bring my vehicles to Fuccello's without even blinking. Not only do all the mechanics I trust use and recommend Jimmy's shop. But he has always been honest, priced fairly and the work is always done right. Each time I bring one of our aging cars in, I know I can drive away with confidence that the job has been done right. I laugh when someone mentions a franchise shop to me. Even if Jimmy wasnt a great friend to my family, he'd get my business and my recommendation over anywhere else.

I was greeted and taken care of promptly after arriving at the shop. overall good communication and explanation of the work that was going to be performed. in my personal case, what i requested to get fixed was done quickly and professionally with a fair price.

Went there this morning at 8am and was out by 9:15. Just about a full exhaust replacement including catalytic converter, muffler with hangers and custom bent tailpipe. What amazing work by Chris and his crew. Top notch service and work. 5 stars service and some extra. Thanks again guys
This is such a wonderful place! The owner is very caring and honest and will most certainly stand behind his work. I will always trust them with my car!
