It's August 2022 The Program needs to update their web information. Everywhere that the HEAT program is listed, referred to, etc says call to schedule an appointment. Well, the receptionist just told me they haven't scheduled appointments in over 2 years. You have to get a paper application or apply online. What about people who don't have internet access? What about people who need a response with a date so they can plan accordingly? All of the agencies and resources available are making it VERY difficult for people with li... read more
Front desk lady doesn’t return many of several phone calls or answer the phone, and won’t check on your application . I applied over 2 months ago and nobody has responded to my application or emailed me back after sending my sensitive documents. I’ve called and called without any luck :( Hopeless wish there was another program that could help in the area . Huge waste of time sadly .
The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. She's very snappy and confrontational. You need better phone skills. Made me feel very uncomfortable talking to her. I gave it 2 stars, do to me needing the Program because of me recently becoming paralyzed. I thought applying for help meant, you would talk to nice people, guess not. I really hate leaving this review because I'm not a review person, things just need to change their.
