A gym with great equipment. However you never know whether it’s going to be open or not. Would be the best in Loughborough if they just had someone working with true opening and closing times. Disappointing as it’s the only bodybuilding gym in Loughborough. Hopefully timings and staff can be sorted out
Excellent private training facility in Loughborough. The personal trainers are excellent, very knowledgeable and good at motivating you. They make training fun in a nice, relaxed and friendly environment.

Great workout! Nathan really supported me through each movement and so happy I found this place. Couldn’t recommend more, if you’re starting your fitness journey or needing something new. FTR will get you moving
