Mike is excellent! Super quick response time and all his communication is detailed, timely, and proactive. He provided a detailed quote which was about 50% less than BMW quoted. He was able to get me in within a few days and completed the maintenance in one day. He emailed me photos half way through with an update that he was still tracking to be done on time. Simply the best. I (literally) would not trust anyone else to put their hands on my vehicle. From the first conversation Mike brings top-notch service to the table. Behind the scenes his shop team is knowledgeable, professional, and qualified to do everything from an oil change to full gut and rejuvenation. You won't find a shop of people who are more passionate about cars than FTP.
