Great products backed by a professional and knowledgeable team. I’ve owned a quick shifter for about four or five years and suddenly it stopped working. They simply told me to take it off the bike ship it in and they would figure out which one of the sensors if not, both is bad and replace it. Great warranty for an awesome product that they stand by.
No help when encountering programming issues with the bike. Terrible customer service.

Great product & company overall! I purchased the FT-ECU bike side harness, got it installed on my 2019 MT07 and have run a few tunes with the latest being a 2WDW flash. I had a few hiccups along the way but the customer service was quick to work it out. Definitely recommend FT-ECU!
Phenomenal customer service, sent in my faulty blipper and recieved a replacement right to my door in Canada within a week. Highly recommended!
