I’m a dealer with ft ecu and getting very frustrated with their products and specially their services. I have defective products that they are not refunding and now they have an automatic voice service that is AWFUL! Iv been trying to get this resolved for almost 1 month now. I bought 2 sensors as they told me and they don’t work. As a dealer with you for almost 4 years I’m very disappointed can’t reach anyone. I would recommend people to use caution when using ft ecu. Great products backed by a professional and knowledgeable team. I’ve owned a quick shifter for about four or five years and suddenly it stopped working. They simply told me to take it off the bike ship it in and they would figure out which one of the sensors if not, both is bad and replace it. Great warranty for an awesome product that they stand by.
No help when encountering programming issues with the bike. Terrible customer service.

Great product & company overall! I purchased the FT-ECU bike side harness, got it installed on my 2019 MT07 and have run a few tunes with the latest being a 2WDW flash. I had a few hiccups along the way but the customer service was quick to work it out. Definitely recommend FT-ECU!
