BEWARE: Frank is not a licensed plumber in the state of WI. We hired Frank for a new bathroom rough-in and every step was painful. The final straw was when one of his plumbing joints burst and flooded our home. Upon inspection, 33 other joints were either not tightened down properly, or were not installed correctly. While he's a fine person, I would not let this man anywhere near my house after what he's put us through.
