I placed an order for the Loving Light Dishgarden The picture on the FTD website shows a beautiful arrangement The planter that arrived at the Funeral Home was terribly embarrassing No satin bow No big bright yellow flowers no peace lilies It looked cheap It was the 1st plant in view when mourners walked into the Wake And ANYONE who walked past it was my name on the card I will never trust FTD for funeral arrangements

Ordered flowers to be delivered on August 1st but didn't get them until August 4th. When my wife opened the box, the flowers were dead and smelled very bad. Contacted FTD with no help at all. Don't waste your money with them.

Horrible, do not use this company to order flowers. The order never got there, no communication with the florist vendor they used. Stay away.

Looking to buy flowers for a loved one for any special occasion? Go elsewhere. These were the flowers that showed up for my mom's bday. Nothing says happy birthday mom than dead flowers.

Thought I was talking to someone overseas. Had to ask the same questions three times, couldn't understand a word that was said. The boss should teach better customer service. Had to call two days in a row because they didn't deliver same day like advertised. Two days later my friend finally received the flowers but they forgot to put my name on them. Oh well, you live and learn. The worse $100 I ever spent. I'm going back to ordering from 1800flowers.
