Customer service agent cancelled our order without any warning. Extremely long hold times, customer service reps are rude. Terrible customer service.
I could’ve gotten a better arrangement at the Jewels. Seriously though. The card was printed over something and looks like some random characters in the words “Valentine’s” and when I order an arrangement in a vase, I expect it to be arranged in the vase. Other companies don’t have this issue. Never again.
Horrible company - do not order flowers from them. I'll paid for flowers to be delivered today and they could not honor it.
DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order two weeks in advance for my friend who was taking the MCAT. Of course they weren’t delivered the day I asked them to be. And I didn’t even get the courtesy of an email notifying me of a delay. I called and was “helped” by a disgruntled employee but was just told that it is delayed because of Valentine’s Day. They no longer work with local florists. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral today by 11am. They flowers were ordered a couple days ago. It’s now 12:30 and the flowers (which were shipped from Illinois via UPS?!?) are delayed in another city. They are no longer needed at this point. Disappointed they no longer work with local florists. Maybe if they did (like they used to) they wouldn’t be such low quality and without reliable delivery.
