I requested over the phone for a beautiful bouquet of florals to be my bouquet for my wedding day and they still didn't follow directions and made it a vase of florals and half of the flowers were already withering when I received them. I called and complained and they only gave me a 20% refund. I made my bouquet myself out of the flowers that were still in tact the night before my church wedding. LITERALLY RUN.

Dying flowers. The card didn't even have the message I requested and receiver didn't even know who sent it because there was no name. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! I would never order from FTD again. I paid for a special bouquet for my daughter's special occasion, and what was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and offered no meaningful resolution. Save yourself the disappointment and order from a local florist instead.

I ordered RED WHIT AND BLUE flowers for the 4th of July. Arrangement was called Star Spangled in thier 4th of July category. I got white and a touch of blue. Not even close. I understand the arrangement will be a bit different than the website photo. But this isn't even close. Can't redeliver don't want to refund per thier garentee. Shame.
