I ordered a flower a few days ago for my classmate’s son on behalf of my high school class. Everything appeared fine. They told me they would be able to deliver before the funeral. Fast forward to the morning of the funeral less than 4 hours away, I get a text saying they cannot deliver to the funeral home. I will never order from FTD again. I spent almost $200 and what was delivered looked nothing like the online bouquet. Save your money and order from somewhere else.
Delivered 2 days late though I ordered them 2 weeks in advance. Very poor quality. Flattened and broken flowers in a box. The vase was a decent markup but is uneven on the bottom so it can't stand up. For some reason it was shipped from Texas?
