I have used FTD twice now for flower deliveries and each time there has been issues with delivery. Even though they advertise same-day service, it never is. It’s constantly some drama from the delivery side. Flowers only last so long and if the delivery is delayed, it’s less time for the recipient to enjoy the flowers…which is the whole point. Save yourself the headache, hassle and drama and order directly with a small local shop.
I ordered something for a funeral and it was delivered a day late and it was also supposed to come with wind chimes. The wind chimes were not there and I would have never even known had the recipient not told me. FTD would have just been happy to keep my money.
Used these clowns again. Ordered same day delivery to my place of work. Not delivered until 7:15 pm. Had me hanging past their own business hours delivery cut off time by 2 hours! Ordered their Premium Wonderland Bouquet for Easter. Description said lillies included. NOT ONE! $190 out the door delivered. Not worth a penny over $75 in my opinion! Better off to go elsewhere.
I ordered a Smiles and Sunshine bouquet through FTD for my daughter. It arrived wilted with some browning of the petals. Not fresh flowers.
DO NOT ORDER FROM FTD. I ordered flowers for my anniversary. Not only was it $85, but the quality and customer support is horrible. Customer support can not speak English, just kept saying “HOLD THE LINE” 15 times whenever he had to put me on hold for the 5th time. Terrible experience. Never using them again and hoping people read this.
