Ordered flowers for delivery. Beware: they no longer route their orders to a local florist. They throw them in a box and send them via UPS with no ability to cool them. The arrive three days later looking as you would expect. Wilted, crushed etc. and they charged a premium price for it . The offered a paltry 20 dollar refund on a 120 dollar order. Do not do business with this company, notice the trend in the reviews. This is not the FTD of the past. Buyer beware
I ordered flowers, besides the fact they looked nothing like what I ordered. They were wilted upon arrival and dead looking this morning. Contacted FTD offered me 15.74. Very disappointing, will order elsewhere next time.
FRAUD ALERT! Placed order a week early. Called me 6:30 PM the day they were to be delivered. Said they couldn't deliver for 3 more days. How long do you need to make arrangements for a delivery? UPDATE: Flowers were delivered. Poor shape and late
I wish zero was an option. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a premium arrangement for more the $100. What was received was a bouquet that looked like a grab and go from the grocery store. When I thought it couldn’t get worse-I emailed them and received a reply that they would redeliver the offer. Ordered Mothers Day flowers. If I did not follow up daily when the delivery was not made they would not have said anything. 3 days they kept telling me they will deliver. I never received a reason as to what happened. They canceled the order day after Mothers day. So disappointed and still waiting on refund. Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered.
