Had my gym induction today, felt a bit daunting and overwhelmed as I haven't been to a gym for about 20 years. Lucy did my induction, she was really lovely and patient.
Went and arrived for a drop in session and the woman kn reception was so helpful and friendly and got me in and sorted within minutes. The gym was very well equipped with everything for everyone. Plenty of squat racks, dumbbells,barbells, powerlifitng eqpt, sandbags, chains, kettlebells as well as Nordic GHR and hip thrust stations. Would have loved to stayed longer and would happily come back. Great vibes and very tidy. Lovely place
Good gym just bring back the old shoulder press machine the new one is awful
Soo nice People are kind and supportive Classes are always welcoming and friendly. There is literally everything you need from a Gym.
Pop in today with my partner to have a workout/day pass drinks no one at reception staff in a meeting no one could help 9am great place sort out staff because I’d be very if my staff did that!!!
