Scott was very prompt, thorough and professional. Gloria from the office was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
My review is excellent because of Hector Torres specifically. He found out exactly what the issue was that previously other companies and other technicians could not figure out and were suggesting I would replace the entire system. It would have cost me over 25K!! Hector Identified the problem methodically and patiently to make sure the right issue was solved and the unit was working before recommending we just throw away the entire system.
