Updated review - AC went down on Jul 1 at 10pm - it was only 100F outside! We called the after hours phone at midnight thinking to leave a message to have service for next day - and guess what?!? we got a live person on the phone! We discussed emergency visit and decided to wait till next day. Next day Holly and Stephanie promptly called and worked to get a service person to our house. Excellent service! Luke was very professional, efficient, and considerate--as all the other technicians from this company have been. On an extremely hot day we received very timely service from a company that obviously cares about its customers.
Jason was wonderful. He did a good job, explained things to me and I felt very comfortable with him. I would recommend him, and I thank him.
Sam of FT Young HVAC did an excellent professional analysis and repair of my house unit. Tightened up the loose bits and getting the A/C unit running. I highly recommend this company.
