I called FT Young with a problem (not an emergency, but time-sensitive) I was having with a construction project at my property and they had an experienced technician out to my house the next day.

A/c under warranty. Sent repairman out immediately. No charge. Wonderful service.
Updated review - AC went down on Jul 1 at 10pm - it was only 100F outside! We called the after hours phone at midnight thinking to leave a message to have service for next day - and guess what?!? we got a live person on the phone! We discussed emergency visit and decided to wait till next day. Next day Holly and Stephanie promptly called and worked to get a service person to our house.
