I found a great home gym here, coaches are great and very helpful! I have several physical issues and staff is knowledgeable and helpful giving me my best workout. Highly recommend this place!

Best gym in the Cincinnati/Northern KY area, hands down not even close. The owners are welcoming and have created the best environment for anyone. If you are looking to compete or just have fun and get your fitness on, this is the place for you.
