Always on time and car waiting when we return! Great service
Won’t provide refund for prepaid reservation. We made this reservation with RSWParksmart but now we have to cancel this trip. They refuse to provide a refund.
BEWARE!!! RSW Parksmart was an excellent valet parking facility to use. Used them many times The owner started in the valet parking business at the Hartford CT airport (BDL) He ran an excellent business at the Ft Myers airport but sold out to Ft Myers Airport Parking recently. The new owners are not reliable and trustworthy. Unlighted facility with NO security cameras. We trusted them with our high end luxury SUV over the Christmas holiday. Not As good as smartpark. Unfortunately they bought Smartpark and it’s no more. So you use this or the terminal.
Great service, never had an issue here. Only place other than the airport with covered parking for a good price.
