Use this facility exclusively when I travel as the service is courteous, on-time and very reasonable.
Easy access. Quick shuttle service to airport minutes away. Car upon return + shuttle were waiting for me as I deboarded the plane. Daily price great when purchased ahead online. This lot is extremely worth the convenience + worry free experience leaving your car on an extended trip. Staff are super friendly + helpful.
I parked my car for a week. It had damage when I picked it up and they acknowledged the damage in writing to me but refused to take care of the expense saying that "Your claim ticket says we assume no responsibility for damage". Unprofessional....they damaged my new Range Rover and didn't stand behind the repair. Don't use this parking service at RSW.
Be aware they are not affiliated with the airport. When you search on google for parking at RSW, this is one of the websites that allows you to prepay. The link makes it look official with the conviene of prepaying but that’s how they get you. You drop your car off and they take your keys to park it while you pray nothing will happen to your car when you come back. There’s a shuttle to and from the airport.
