My concern is the shooting that happened at my apartment complex last Friday Jan 15,2021 with 11 shots fired that turned flowing wells apartments into a crime scene, putting us all in danger especially the kids from the girl involved in a love triangle who thinks this is funny, there are also other kids in that complex who could have been hit and yet nothing was done about it no 24 he eviction or write up. I have an issue with other resident and right away want to give me a write up. I think the management is not fair.
Very unprofessional..extremely hard to contact anyone for maintenance,you have to keep calling and harassing them to get a response.i work for a large management company and I will be sure to spread the word about their general lack of concern for the tenants and property.I will definitely let the actual owner of the property know the disgust of this management company..Also know your rights as a tenant there are laws here to protect us.
Takes them several months to respond to urgent maintenance requests. Very difficult to reach property and maintenance managers.
I normally don’t write reviews, but the excellent work by Fort Lowell Realty has changed the quality of my life since they assumed responsibilities of my complex. In only a few months they have not only fixed the big problems but have created a comfortable place for me to bring friends and family. Working with the property manager (Michelle Cunningham) has been easy and quick, a person that cares about my home and shows it by actions. Thanks FLR.
AWESOME, DIANA BUTLER- I hope everyone is as lucky as I am to have Diana Butler as their Property Manager. Whenever there has been a problem, Diana is Johnny on the Spot! STAY AWAY! Horrible management property company. I went with them reading online reviews that seemed positive, unfortunately my house was mismanaged by this company to the point that in 5 years it looks worse than foreclosed houses when I handed them a fully nice remodeled house! The worst part of course is that I paid a lot in repairs during these 5 years (3 different renters too so lots of "make ready)) to only find my house in a horrible state while on a trip to tucson to see it for myself.
