First time at the VA and this facility. I did not know what to expect. I looked at the reviews prior and saw how low they were. My experience was quite pleasant, the staff was welcoming and kind.

The va health care in Missouri is ridiculous and I can't understand why people just want to push it off on other people rather than treat and help veterans! I couldn't get set up for my care for years and ended up with stage three cancer by the time I got to Montana and got set up. Come back to Missouri because my parents are here and have been treated horrible again. Wait over month for a appointment and get the run around again. Leaving me in pain and wasting my time also.
