Our company booked a moonlight meditation session on Fort Lauderdale Beach led by the owner, Lisa. The Full Moon Yoga/Sound Bath on the beach and the Cacao Ceremony at Bonnet House were both great experiences!
Amazing experience. Whether for stress relief or for complete relaxation and recovery. Very beautiful setting and the teacher is fantastic and it is very reasonably priced. You leave with a sense of peace and space created. Highly recommend to anyone of any level of yoga or for a non yogi.
My partner and I have been doing yoga with Lisa for 5 years. I had never performed yoga before; Lisa is an excellent teacher and is very encouraging. She fuses eastern with western styles; from novice to very experienced practitioners attend. One can go at one’s own pace. As Lisa always informs: these are suggestions; no judgments. The great part is it’s outside. And fun!
We did a yoga class with Ana for a bachelorette party. She was fantastic and our group had so much fun. She didn’t rush us and was patient with some non-experienced people. She also took plenty of photos and videos. Truly a great time and highly recommend!!
