Their online appointment portal allowed me to make an appointment 2 hours before they were even open. There are always long wait times and haircuts regardless of appointments. This being practically the only way to get your haircut on base allows them to have poor quality and work ethic.

Got turned away 2 hours before closing by one of the employee's "We aren't going to have time to cut your hair" there was only two others waiting for a cut.

The staff is rude. They are curt, less than skilled, poor listeners and worse at the execution of their assumed profession. Sadly they are the main barber on post. If possible schedule out in Barstow or find a local barracks barber. Maybe request an etp for a shaved head. It’s preferable to patronizing this establishment. The owner only wants to reply to comments that seem like they are written by the staff, rather than addressing any actual concerns. Not too bad as long as you book an appt o. the mobile app, however you may get lucky with a walk in. They do close early since the drive is 45 min or more from where they reside off post.
