Dr Khan is very rude. I think she forgot she is in a costumer service profession the way she treats her patients.
If I could carry my Dr and her nurse with me to a different VA I would never step foot in the Ft Benning VA ever again. The front two ladies are always polite, my PCM is fantastic (best I’ve ever had in the VA) and her nurse is awesome too BUT the “nurses” running the window for walk-in hours are always rude, making you feel like as a PT you’re bothering them to do their job, eye rolling
