It's just what I was looking for! I've been having classes for a month. My first day there, I met Arielle who works at the front desk. She is such a sweet person. She was very friendly and showed me the gym around and explained to me how everything works. It's great to have somebody welcoming you with a warm smile (even behind the mask) when you are new. I absolutely love this place!! not only are the people nice there and also the instructors! but I've noticed changes, I'm able to resist more, have more endurance, and get more toned! My all time favorite class & instructor is Kat K , cycle she is awesome! her classes are always fun! and she motivates you to push harder! She's great!
I have really enjoyed taking classes at this studio/gym the last 2days. For me personally it’s very intimidating/shy/embarrass, because I’m overweight and all the other people are in great condition. But the trainers that I have been working with recently we’re Eric(cycle) and Coby(tread) and they are soo nice. I felt in a safe and happy environment to work out.
