I hate to have to post this after being a loyal customer for over 25 years. Don’t know if any of the names partners are remaining but Mr. Ulmer that I used retired several years ago. Unfortunately since then the level of care and service had continued to fall every year. I do miss the opportunity to speak with my agent as I liegitimately need to do so; this is frustrating to me. I can understand that we now find ourselves in the age of technology, but the human touch still has validity to the client.
Michelle and her team are more than helpful. They are amazing. Their help has calmed my nerves and worries induced by Uncle Sam. They have assisted us and set us on a track to better be prepared the following year. I highly recommend FSU
