Untrustworthy Business Practices – Beware One of this company’s employees, James Tin, attempted to scam our local business. He brought in an old, broken phone and requested a repair. After we spent 40 minutes diagnosing the issue, he refused to pay the service fee and falsely claimed we damaged his charging port—a part we never even touched.
