FST came to my door to talk to me about how they might be able to help me get new siding, as they saw I had some hail damage. They were extremely polite, and not pushy at all. They helped every step of the way with the insurance, and I ended up paying nothing out of pocket. They were extremely punctual. They didn't give vague time windows: if they said they would be there at 7:00 AM, they would be there at 7:00 AM. After the job was done, there was no evidence they had been working.
