Had a Bay window installed about 4 years ago. There is a stationary center window with windows on each side that open. The window on the left side has a broken lock and will not close completely. It's been that way all winter causing me to place plastic over it to help keep the cold out. We have been trying for 6 months to get it repaired without success.
