This is a negative review for Jacqueline Lucas from FSR enterprises not to the company itself. She’s racist. I wish I had recorded our interaction when she went off calling me racial slurs, dense, etc. It’s a shame FSR employs such bigoted people.
I’ve been calling trying to do my taxes for the last 2weeks no one picks the phone up you can’t even leave a message horrible
This place is never open and they never picks up the phone.Good luck getting your check. Update: I filed my taxes in April and I would appreciate if someone from this office to get back to the people that haven't received their checks. Especially those with checks from 2020. Jackie is very pleasant to work with she is friendly and has patience to answer any questions and also does her best to get you the best return amount. They are prompt in getting the checks to you. I would recommend this tax service to anyone. They are great👍
