I had a great experience with Mrs.shulanda and Mrs.Denise and Mrs.Lurice the work together very professional very nice and they talked me through every step thank yall so much.
my account had been closed in 2020 but money was deposited in 2021 2000 dollars and I went back to a old job 2 weeks with account on record and my pay was deposited so I went into bank and that was when I found out that 2000 had been deposited and they took all of it in service and dormant fees they were no help management very rude I’m leaving for a new bank
FSNB is by far the best to bank with. I have been with them for 8 years and they are 100% on top of fraud alerts. I have been with some big branches in the past and FSNB is far better. The customer service is always top notch. The women at the Covington Ga location are amazing!
