I bank with another bank, and by far this is my favorite. Not only are they open on Saturday's but the staff is amazing. The staff goes beyind to make sure you are taken care of. I would recommend this bank and branch to anyone needing a bank account.
Opened up an account on Saturday 11/23/24. I was told by the teller I only needed to DEPOSIT 5$ ( not that there was a set up fee of 5$). Anyways I deposited 50$ and I am just getting around to setting up my online banking and I see they have charged me for opening the account. I called to dispute this as I really don't care the economy is horrible I wouldn't opened an account charging me anything atp, the representative just said yea I apologize but that's correct it is 5$.
