I've banked over 8 years with fsnb. Customer service is always great! Today, I chatted with Chemell (Phyllis) and had a wonderful time. She was professional, curtious & knowledgeable.
Best bank ever..
This is the best bank ever, the staff is super great, they were very sympathetic when my husband pass away, they take time to know their customers by their name.
The customer service is always awesome and everyone are very friendly.
