Normally i have no problem with this bank.Today i can not use my debit card anywhere i cant even check balance at a atm says declined i have plenty of money but because they are having technical difficulties they said,now im being inconvenienced mind you my car is on empty and declined at pump so im stuck because all my money is in this account .. This should absolutely never happen to anyone .They are no help on the phone either just tell you they are working on the issue .Do better FSNB

I don't like this bank. I signed up for the premium account which gives me the options of; overdraft protection, getting paid one day earlier, online banking. Here is where the one star comes in: 1. Overdraft protection is -$50, if gone over get charged $20 per day. 2. I have gotten 2 direct deposits and they both have been on the day that the company pays me. 3. The online banking is shoddy, very simple,hard to navigate, and not very detailed. I will be closing my account tomorrow and going to a better bank. UPDATED!! I wen... read more
