I called FSK this morning and spoke to Hirt (I believe that was his name). This guy was such a pleasure to talk too. They did not support the product I was looking for but he actually stayed on the phone with me and directed me to where I needed to go. He understood that I knew very little about it and wanted to help. These are the people I want to do business with. Outstanding service!!!!

Tom was really good to deal with. He represented both the seller and myself really well and was quick to communicate and lead a negotiation between myself and the buyer. I think he is a trust worthy guy, which is hard to say in the used equipment market.
