Capel Rugs has worked with FSI for many years. We are signed up with their maintenance program and it is a weight lifted knowing that they are checking things out on a regular basis with no scheduling required. FSI is always very quick to respond and fix any repairs that are needed. We have a tendency to have operator errors with our thermostats and they are very patient with layman ways.
