DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. It is overpriced for the poorly built homes & garbage management. TRICIA GREENE specifically is one of the worst property management individuals I have ever dealt with, being a veteran myself & current military spouse, we have dealt with plenty. The rental office was always fair and reasonable, with Tricia demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a willingness to accommodate my needs. Roz was approachable and always ready to assist. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and I never encountered any major issues.
