This review is for one of Fred Smith’s apartment leasing properties. Walton Farms in Clayton. This review tells it all, but the home office has been notified, and nobody has reached out to us from the home office and we are still being ignored by the apartment complex. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. It is overpriced for the poorly built homes & garbage management. TRICIA GREENE specifically is one of the worst property management individuals I have ever dealt with, being a veteran myself & current military spouse, we have dealt with plenty. The only good thing about this garbage company is the maintenance man Cesar, he is amazing. The photos attached are from when we originally moved in. I rented from Fred Smith Properties for over six years and had a positive experiences. The rental office was always fair and reasonable, with Tricia demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a willingness to accommodate my needs. Roz was approachable and always ready to assist. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and I never encountered any major issues.
