I actually liked the workouts and the staff had great energy. Before i committed to taking any classes they offered me a free trial and it was great. I got regular text messages asking how I was liking the classes and wondered when I’d be back. Very attentive and inviting. When it was time to make a decision we went over the price and they understood when I realized it was too expensive for me to join a monthly membership but I decided Id purchase 5 classes.
