Note--the following was posted after a 5-day wait for a response to my inquiry about a bill. The bill was adjusted, but we weren't contacted with either an apology or explanation. Good work, poor communication. ((Very disappointed. 4 years ago, they built a screened-in porch for us. Quality job, except for the screen door, which was poor quality. Now--a squirrel tore a hole in the screen. I called to arrange a repair. No response for over a week, so I called again. I was assured someone would call back. Several weeks later, ... read more

I called to arrange a repair. No response for over a week, so I called again. I was assured someone would call back. Several weeks later, I got a call to come do the repair.
