Does not answer the phone or return phone calls. They were scheduled to come to my house to repair broken blinds and install back door blinds. Ended up having to reschedule. The technician showed up later than the time frame we were given. He was very fast with the installation of both blinds and did a good job.
About half the blinds in our house are crooked to the naked eye. Zero pride in their work.
I have been trying to get a hold of this company for over a week and no one will return calls or even pick up the phone. Terrible customer service. I would avoid them completely if you're a potential customer.
Unfortunately all our blinds on our new home are crooked and not aligned well. Just seemed like a rushed job. A check on their to do list.
