Would be five stars if they were easier to get ahold of - all of their numbers on the website and Google Profile are incorrect. Finally I called the Dallas office who gave me the correct number, leading me to speak to someone in their Pearland location immediately. They were kind and helpful, and easily got me the replacement blinds I needed. Payment process was easy and service was efficient and professional.
Had blinds installed after moving into our home on 9/19/25 and noticed that the master blinds were not measured properly. Reached out to the gentleman 10/14/25 when he didn't hesitate to send me a link to pay the bill and informed him that we were missing a wand and also that there was tile at the bottom edge of the window seal that was not measured properly. Does not answer the phone or return phone calls. They were scheduled to come to my house to repair broken blinds and install back door blinds. Ended up having to reschedule. The technician showed up later than the time frame we were given. He was very fast with the installation of both blinds and did a good job.
About half the blinds in our house are crooked to the naked eye. Zero pride in their work.
