Diane is the best so polite and respectful
I have been using this pharmacy for over 6 years. It is decent, most staff are courteous and competent; however, I have come across an occasional floater tech or Cashier that is there to ring up meds that have been rude. With regard to refilling an Rx - if you switch Dr's, and call in for a refill authorization with a prior Dr office the Dr will NOT approve it. I've accidentally done this with mine. I used to come here for all of my prescriptions but the customer service has went down hill. The last time I went my daughter’s doctor phoned in a refill for her 3 days prior. I showed up to pick it up and they said, “it’s not ready yet, did you need it?” Umm… yes, I need it or I wouldn’t have requested a refill. And they said give us 30 mins and we can have it ready. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I placed an order for all of my diabetic meds/supplies a few days ago. I went to pick up my stuff and was told the glucagon had to be ordered. No problem, I’ll be back. I got a call today stating my glucagon was ready. I’m in the process of moving so I went to pick it up.
