Don’t have your prescriptions filled here, you will end up waiting days for them to be completed and having to call 5+ times. Every time I get mine filled here it is never ready when they claim it will be, constantly waiting and waste time.

I went to Frys a few minutes ago to pick up my prescription with my mom and she was talking to the pharmacist KAILI and she spoke a little too fast for my mom to understand so my mom just normally asked her “I’m sorry” and she goes “date. Of. Birth.” With hella attitude already and gave my mom the dirtiest look for no reason. And naturally my mom calls her out respectfully saying that she doesn’t need to be talking to her like that she just asked her to repeat herself and with MORE attitude she repeats “DATE. OF. I’ve had to call 7 times today b4 I can connect to a person. They don’t pick their phone & let it roll to voicemail 6x b4 picking up. This pharmacy had 2.5 - 3 weeks to order my meds but it’s still not done. Angie tech there made excuses but I told her to order even if I had to pay weeks ago. I called my insurance & miraculously it’s getting paid by insurance now. How do they claim to bill insurance when things keep going wrong. I tried to call the store mgr, but couldn’t get through. Go figure.
This pharmacy lacks basic customer service. They will not fill a prescription on their own free will when it is sent to them. You have to call 3 times and still wait after the time they give you to pick up. No one there seems to know what they are doing. You would think they would call you to let you know they do not have your prescription so you can try to get it elsewhere? Luckily the medication I am getting isn’t very important but to the people who need it and get it there.. I am sorry and should go elsewhere.
