Fry's pharmacy as recently embraced ai, which is not working at all.As usual. In an effort to save a buck, they have an AI system that does not recognize valid prescriptions. And you end up having to call the pharmacy anyway. And get around the stupid ai to do so i'm also going to post this on.Trust pilot, since this has gone to hell in a handbasket.I recommend that you do not leave your prescriptions with fry's unless you want to spend twenty minutes trying to renew a prescription that has five refills on it.
They are very nice to everyone i haven't had any bad issues with them they are always willing to help. They fill my meds as fast as they can I don't wait to long at all unless they are very busy
I love the pharmacy.I tried this Safeway and I couldn't stand it so I soon.Could we transferred back to frys and they have drive through too.
