Horrible horrible horrible slow very slow bad customer service
HORRIBLE service. Pharmacy is absolutely unprofessional, careless, rude, and ALWAYS behind. I have literally had prescriptions left in que for 3 weeks past date promised filled. When I call to ask why, I sit on hold for 30mins- 2hours. I have spoke with upper management SEVERAL times and I'm still having l problems with my prescriptions being filled. I've witnessed pharmacy management being completely rude and careless to many customers.
Normally they're fine and I'm going to assume it's because it's the holiday season and give them some grace but the last 2-3 scripts my doctor's have sent over, have not been processed until well over 24 hrs from when it was sent. And don't even bother calling, they are not answering or gettingseason. Voicemails. But again, I'm chucking that up to it being near the holiday season.
Pharmacy doesn’t pick up phone calls or call back !
I am going out of town for a trip to see my mother who is having complications with her cancer. I spoke with my doctor and arranged for my medication to be available for early pick up. I spoke with the pharmacist the day it’s supposed to be filled and they refused to fill my prescriptions. That I should have my doctor call in my prescription to the state I’m traveling to for pick up on the date it was due.
