If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible! Every time I call in to ask for the status of my prescription I get told it will be ready at a certain time, I the go to pick it up sometimes even a little after that because I get it things happen but when I get there they say the prescription never got pushed through! So its going to be another hour! This is medication I need not just something i get for fun! Horrible service!
This pharmacy has been terrible for the entire 12 years I have lived in Avondale, if terrible is an extreme enough word. They continually take my prescription when I drop it off and never do anything with it until I call and ask what is going on and they say they will fill it for me and I can pick them up tomorrow. Always, when I go the next day, they give me 1 or 2 of the 4 prescriptions I have been on for a long time and give some random reason why they didn't fill all of the prescriptions I submitted together.
