This pharmacy never answers the phone or follows up on voicemails. They continuously miss my prescription refill dates and leads to me having to call my doctor to make submit another prescription. When I do get a text from fry’s automated system that indicates they started working by in my refill, they never fill it even after the entire workday. Horrible horrible horrible slow very slow bad customer service
HORRIBLE service. Pharmacy is absolutely unprofessional, careless, rude, and ALWAYS behind. I have literally had prescriptions left in que for 3 weeks past date promised filled. When I call to ask why, I sit on hold for 30mins- 2hours. I have spoke with upper management SEVERAL times and I'm still having l problems with my prescriptions being filled. I've witnessed pharmacy management being completely rude and careless to many customers.
Normally they're fine and I'm going to assume it's because it's the holiday season and give them some grace but the last 2-3 scripts my doctor's have sent over, have not been processed until well over 24 hrs from when it was sent. And don't even bother calling, they are not answering or gettingseason. Voicemails. But again, I'm chucking that up to it being near the holiday season.
