This pharmacy has been terrible for the entire 12 years I have lived in Avondale, if terrible is an extreme enough word. They continually take my prescription when I drop it off and never do anything with it until I call and ask what is going on and they say they will fill it for me and I can pick them up tomorrow. Always, when I go the next day, they give me 1 or 2 of the 4 prescriptions I have been on for a long time and give some random reason why they didn't fill all of the prescriptions I submitted together. This is the worst Frys Pharmacy. They are so slow and they take for granted the customers waiting for long periods of time.
Recently relocated to the area. I called and spoke with Rudy. He made sure I received all of my prescriptions and discounts until I got my new insurance. Rudy is the best!!
