Never on time with scripts. Difficult to use insurance card let alone use discount card or pay out of pocket. Staff is never on time with time of pickup. Unfortunately I've had to do all 3 and I was in ketosis and needed my insulin after 3 days in icu. Waited 4 days for prescription. Now I'm going on day 2 of when they said it would be ready. Only cost me 19000 at honor health. That's OK I scale down my mess to prepare for this situation

It’s okay. The people are usually friendly but the staff ALWAYS give me trouble with my insurance and I don’t really know why. Maybe they have to. But even then, my prescription is literally NEVER on time. When my prescription has been ready in the past, they never text or reach out like they say they will. They are mostly friendly, but in my experience, they come off as sort of not-informed and unprepared.
