I have been a customer since the pharmacy opened. Most businesses have peaks and valleys. With this location Every person has been 5*s ++++ with no exceptions. Kroger has some OTC products and my experience has been zero problems. In a few instances pharmacy personnel have advised they have identical product to my presciption. This is an other reason I prefer Fry's Pharmacy and spend less. SERVICE!!!!! KNOWLEDGE!!!!! DEMEANOR,!!!!! PATIENTIENCE !!!!! QUALITY!!!!! VALUE!!!!!
This pharmacy needs to step up their game! I just sat in a drive thru window line of over 20+ minutes and there were still 4 cars ahead of me and the line not moving! Absolutely unacceptable. And a sign on the window I couldn’t see. And it wasn’t during your hour long unstaffed lunch hour. It’s obvious under staffing is a big issue. Ya might consider staffing up on a Friday before a holiday weekend when people want their prescriptions. Not rocket science. I’ll be changing pharmacies and locations.
Worst people ever. I called many to change my prescription to this location because it’s closer, they immediately put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Every time. They do not care whatsoever. Lazy. I called right when they opened too and midday. The girl is so rude

I was waiting at the drive thru more than 10 minutes before closing time. The person in front of me was taking forever! It was 6 minutes left before 6 the “closing time” as I’m pulling up they drop the “closed” curtain and I’m sure they saw me waiting through the camera. I called through the button and the lady who answered gave me attitude and told me to come back or to come inside that they still had 3 minutes! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
