I get 99% of my prescriptions filled at this place because they give you a fuel points you know how can you go wrong with getting fuel points for picking up drugs. It is not convenient to call this place however it takes forever to get through to a human and get an answer. It's much easier to walk up to the counter or go through the drive-thru.
I’m leaving this review because the communication at this pharmacy has become unacceptable. There is no reliable system for informing customers when their medication is ready, delayed, or out of stock. I’ve had multiple situations where I was told a prescription would be ready, only to arrive and find out it hadn’t even been processed or was delayed without any notice. Fry's Pharmacy on Signal Butte is great! My insurance sent me to Walgreen's or CVS for 2 years after being at Fry's for 3 years. That was the longest 2 years of my life! Fry's employees are friendly and and respectful, especially Kim. They get my medication ready when they say it will be ready. If they have to order it, it is still ready when they say it will be. I have ONE Fry's shopper card/have had for years. Now they say it is unknown. Ive refilled my prescriptions for YEARS and now say its invalid
they are always quick to fill my prescriptions. I get notified by text as soon as they're ready to be picked up. even if there's a long line, it doesn't take long before it's your turn...
