Zoe at the pharmacy needs an attitude check. We will no longer be going to this pharmacy due to the lack of customer service.
Great staff. Always helpful and accommodating. Particularly fond of Jen and Ted.
Jen is AMAZING!! She knows me & my kids by name! All of our meds are always done fast & correct. She's always so kind, sweet, & cheerful. Everyone gets my meds taken care of quick. Jen even finds me coupons when my insurance gives me issues. She deserves a raise for going above & beyond for her customers.
I had only called to see if a prescription was called in. The "pharmacist" was rude and had an attitude. I asked to speak to someone else and he replied I'm the manager. WHAT?! A manager treats customers this way. He then hangs up on me as im shocked that a manager talks like this to customers. He was rude all the way to the end of the call after I had to call again. I don't plan to have future prescriptions filled at this location.
Ridiculous, there's nobody here, and they won't help me. I was told to sit and wait. While they slowly mosied around and did everything but help me. Poor attitude and rude as well.
