This pharmacy never sends alerts when anything is being worked on, is annoyed when you call to check status, says your Rx is ready when it isn’t and half the time their window is closed so you have to go inside being sick with sick kids. Today I am sitting here waiting going on 30 mins (Dr called in an hour ago) with pneumonia and a severe sinus infection and fever and have stood in line twice and they keep telling me it’s not ready and I need to go sit and wait AGAIN and they’re just busy. Very rude staff,gossiped loudly while sitting in the lobby. Felt like an inconvenience. Never in stock of prescriptions. When I return for my refill, they still have you wait in the lobby.
Never pleasant experience. The pharmacist and staff are always rude.
Newer Rx transfer, been to the pharmacy 4 times, have not had a good experience yet. So disappointing.
