I feel bad for the Pharmacy staff and pharmacists that are there as they are very shortstaffed. However, being three days behind on all prescriptions can cause significant health implications For medical patients. Also having to wait to talk to somebody even though you've already done the online phone process for your prescription to never Receive a message, zero communication and no prescription being ready is astounding. A very nice store with a large selection of items.
I had a tooth infection that required antibiotics and pain pills. My dentist forgot to send the prescription to fry’s, which I found out after calling the pharmacy and asking the robot that answered to speak to the pharmacy. Called my dentist office and they sent the prescription over. I waited an hour and then called the pharmacy again to make sure I could get it that evening since I was in terrible pain. My Dr sent my prescriptions to Fry's pharmacy on Friday before noon. I have painful kidney and bladder infection. I did receive a notice they received my scripts, but were not ready. It was unusual because I do not receive notice of receipt from Fry's. Although I have elected online to have them do so. I tried checking online for status next day, but I received error message stating to try later. I tried later and received same error message. I deleted my Fry's app and tried again.
