Dropped prescription off at 10 am from hospital for husband for pain meds after surgery. Explained to girl hospital was ready to discharge him. She said it would be ready at 11am. At 11 they still hadn’t begun to process the script, said it would be another hour.
RecommendedFirst time to try Click List. It was great. The young man that delivered my groceries (his name was Chandler) was very polite, nice and explained the whole process to me. I think I’m hooked on this now!
I had to switch pharmacies due to my insurance change last year. Fry's Pharmacy on 16th street and Ajo is the closest pharmacy to my now. They have the worsed costomer service I have ever recieved from a pharmacy. I call to make sure my prescriptions are filled they tell me when I can pick them up. i usually wait long after the time they give me to pick up my prescriptions. When a pharmacist, NOT a tech hands over a bottle of amoxicillin and DOESN’T notice that the bottle has not been mixed reads all the instructions including the part where it says shake before using and sends my unknowing husband home with it.
customer service has gone way down and nobody is on the same page.
Refused to let me buy wine because my 13 year old son could not show ID showing he is 21. He is my son genius Then “Lilly the Manager” said that i was in the wrong?? But, if I would have brought an infant son, she would have let me buy it. Nothing like not knowing what you don’t know and being to arrogant and obtuse to acknowledge it. Btw, I am 46.
