So on Thursday, I was grocery shopping at the fry’s Food on 3616 Ray rd and Ranch Circle in Phoenix when upon leaving I was followed to my car by a cashier who then accused me of stealing the $108.64 of groceries I had just purchased while blocking me! The equality of their customers. Very unsafe environment if you are an American that is Black.
They need to educate their employees on culture and diversity, they need to also make sure that they do not allow employees to have implied bias against minorities and treating them less than others. I have had horrible experiences at Frys food store and have just chose to ignore them. It is difficult to want to come back and spend money at a store when people mistreat you. I usually go to Frys at 19th ave and Glendale ave. Things have to change.
I will make sure myself and everyone I know will not shop here until we have confirmation that my family would be safe from this type of harassment. Both the insane actions of that employee coupled with the poor inaction of that manager was absolutely disgraceful.
Running down a woman accused her of stealing when she had her receipt....this is not the 1st time a incident has occurred with POC at this store and sumthing needs to be done
Employees are not friendly, welcoming or professional!!! Where is the customer service? Our Black community is ill not tolerate Racism from Fry’s employee!! I will never shop her again and will be calling corporate to complain about how our sister was treated by your employee .

The pharmacist gave me one of the free cholesterol screenings that Fry’s was offering throughout February. She was fantastic. The store is beautiful (it was my first time at this location), very clean with friendly staff.
